  • What do I do to keep my flowers in best condition for preservation?

    • Flowers should be sent to us as soon as possible, to keep them in the best condition and to avoid degradation (this will effect how they dry, old flowers do not dry as well).

    • Please contact us as soon as you know you will be requiring any service which requires flower preservation and we will take you through the process, we can also book you in the diary as this is a long process.   This needs to be prior to you receiving your flowers.

    • Whilst ever care is taken in drying your flowers, the colour will not be as vibrant as when fresh, they may look slightly 'vintage'.

    • Some flowers and berries do not dry well.    Please check with us before placing an order and we will advise you of this.

  • Can I customise my design?

    • Absolutely! Every piece we create is tailored to your specific preferences.  From style, colour, or inclusions, we work together with you to craft a one-of-a-kind reflection of your treasured memories.  We are happy to take the lead on design, but if you have any requests or ideas we are happy to include these where possible. â€‹

  • Will resin yellow over time?

    • Whilst we always use high quality resin, all resin will eventually yellow.  The resin we use has high UV resistance but yellowing may still occur overtime.  The best way to prolong the condition of your piece is to follow the care instructions

  • Do you hold all sizes and styles of jewellery?

    • No, we order the size and style of jewellery you require, then make your piece bespoke to you.

  • How long does each piece take to complete?

    • We aim to complete your items within 4-8 weeks for jewellery and memorials, and up to 20 weeks for any item requiring flower preservation. This timeframe is from when we receive confirmation of design, any inclusions, flowers (see above), and payment due from you, but most pieces are made well within this timeframe.

    • This is to allow for flower drying time, ordering of any supplies, weather (temperature can greatly effect the quality of the resin, therefore we may delay pouring until conditions improve), or any other reasons outside of our control.
